Shipping and Returns


All new orders placed Monday-Friday will be processed that day, excluding holidays, and will be shipped within 48 hours pending availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 5pm EST will be processed the following business day Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday we will ship the following Monday.

We use UPS and USPS for delivery. Many of our items are limited quantities; we sell out of items quickly. If this happens, we will notify you and if you wish you may cancel your order up to the time of shipment. A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.  
We offer Free Shipping everyday and Free International Shipping on orders over $200. Due to shipper restrictions, at this time shipping is not available for P.O. Box addresses. At this time, we only ship within the United States. Payment Options we accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover.



Dakotas will be happy to exchange or return items that are unworn, in perfect condition with all tags attached. You may exchange or return merchandise within 10 days of receipt of purchase. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Shipping charges are not included. SALE ITEMS AND JEWELRY ARE FINAL

Once Dakotas Boutique receives your package your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 3-5 business days. For your own protection, we recommend that you insure your package and have a request for signature.
