Shipping, Return & Exchange Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

All new orders placed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed that day and will be shipped within 24-48 hours pending availability and payment verification. Orders placed after 5pm EST will be processed the following business day Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday, and will be shipped within 24-48 hours of the order being processed.

We use UPS and USPS for delivery and offer free shipping for all USA orders over $100. Due to shipping carrier restrictions, at this time shipping is not available for P.O. Box addresses. Carriers may extend delivery time.

Many of our items are limited quantities; and sometimes we may sell out of item(s) quickly. If this happens, we will notify you and if you wish to cancel your entire order, you may do so up until the time of shipment. A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. All order related communications will be sent to the email address you provide to us when you place the order.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

You may return or exchange eligible merchandise within 14 days of receipt of purchase for online orders. All returns and exchanges must be completed via our RETURN PORTAL and returned using the label we provide to you (sent via email to the email address you provide at checkout.) Your return package must have a post-marked date within the accepted time period (10 days after receiving your return label.) If you do not initiate the return within 10 days of receiving the return label, your return is considered a late return. If accepted, late returns will be subject to a partial refund of 50% of the original sale price. 

ALL SALE ITEMS, INTIMATES and JEWELRY ARE FINAL SALE & NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. Eligible merchandise must be unworn, in the same condition, and with all tags still attached with original tagging. If item(s) returned have any signs of wear or tear, your return will not be accepted and you will not be refunded for your order.

Please use the same packaging that you received the items to ensure return postage for shipping is accurate. We do not accept packages sent COD (collect on delivery), you must use the return portal and the label provided to you. 

Once Dakotas Boutique receives your package with the item(s) and ensures quality of the item(s), your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 3-7 business days. The refund amount will be your order total minus the cost of shipping.
