Where do you find your clothing collections?
We’re always on the hunt for exciting new styles, so we explore fashion shows from coast to coast to make sure we continuously have a fresh, rotating selection of the cutest clothes from your favorite designers. Whether online or in-store, our shelves are ever-changing, so check back daily so you don’t miss new arrivals!
What can I find in your store other than clothing?
An outfit is never complete without accessories! At Dakotas Boutique, you can find the perfect piece to complement your favorite look, from jewelry and handbags to shoes and sunglasses. Shop intimates for stylish support and our gorgeous collection of curated home gifts for the special lady in your life (maybe it’s you!) Plus, you can always score fabulous finds at extra-affordable prices in our sale section. Don’t forget, we also have gift cards!
Should I create an online account?
You don’t need to create an account to shop our online boutique, but we recommend that you do! Creating an online account is a safe and secure way to store your shipping and billing information so that shopping is as easy as pick, click, and wear.
How much does shipping cost?
We don’t want our online customers to feel any different than our in-store customers, so we are thrilled to provide daily free shipping to all of our customers in the United States! For all international shoppers, enjoy free shipping on purchases of $200 or more. Unfortunately, shipping regulations do not allow us to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.
How fast will I get my order?
We work hard to get you your new outfits ASAP. All new orders placed during business hours on Monday through Friday are processed that day (excluding holidays) and are shipped within 48 hours, pending availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 5 PM EST are processed the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are processed and shipped the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email after your order has been shipped.
What happens if an item I purchase happens to be sold out?
Since we carry limited quantities of exclusive items, we often sell out quickly! If an item you purchase sells out before we are able to ship it to you, we will notify you immediately. You may choose to cancel your order entirely or pick out a different item.If I’m not happy with my order, can I return it?
We will be happy to exchange or return items that are unworn and in perfect condition with all tags attached. You may exchange or return merchandise within 3 days of receipt of purchase in-store and within 7 days of receipt for online orders. However, all sale items, intimates, and jewelry purchases are final and are not eligible for refund or return!

Once Dakotas Boutique receives your package, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 3-5 business days. For your own protection, we recommend that you insure your package and have a request for signature.
